1. About these terms

This website is operated by Calver & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

We ship within Australia. Delivery times on our website are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, email us and we'll help.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and our 30-day happiness guarantee.

7. Product use

Use products as described and follow any instructions provided. Foot care tools are for use on the feet only. Don't use them on broken, cut, sore or infected skin, and if you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced feeling in your feet, check with your doctor or podiatrist before use.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid.

10. Website content

The text, images and videos on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
